Applications are available here and will be posted on our Instagram several months prior to each event. These applications go to our team and vendors are selected from a pool of applications. Applications are not a sign up sheet, they are a request to join. We try to give all vendors who meet our standards at least one opportunity to vend with us each year. Sometimes we feel a product is only a good fit for a specific season and many categories are very competitive. We typically get 75+ applications per event and only have limited spaces available. We take a vendor’s booth size and display, social media presence, product type and process, and past participation into consideration. Vendors with outstanding payments won’t be considered. 

Acceptance emails will be sent a few weeks prior to the event. Unfortunately we are not able to send rejection emails, or respond to emails that can be answered by reading our website or our acceptance emails and documents. 

We need to keep our vendor list fresh and interesting for our guests, so they continue to come back. If you aren’t accepted, please don’t take it personally. We try to include a minimum of 10% new vendors at each event. 

Please send in your booth fee on time. If you need additional time to pay please ask, we’re happy to work with you. Vendors with outstanding payments won’t be considered for future events. 

Your vendor fee ensures that we can keep our grounds beautiful, provide restrooms, and pay our garbage fees.

Your own table, chairs, hot-spot, permit (food handlers) and anything else you'll need to run your business from an off-site location. 

Please try to bring enough products to sell until the event is over. If you need to leave early you cannot bring your vehicle in and will need to hand carry your items out to your vehicle.
